Let’s delve into your business objectives, target audience, and specific requirements and invent a tailored solution for your hotel, restaurant, or spa. With that strategy in hand, we design and build your website, creating a visually appealing, user-friendly tool that effectively represents your brand.
Most robust digital agencies have website development capabilities, but there are strong benefits to working with Second Wave:
Website content updates are included in your retainer with Second Wave. If you choose to work with a third party for website development, recurring updates may not be supported depending on the platform being utilized.
Craft themed template customized to hotel branding
Custom size built to unique design specifications
The website development process is unique to each project, but most builds take 8 - 12 weeks to complete.
Second Wave approaches the development process creatively and efficiently. So you can count on a quality product delivered on point and on time. You receive a dedicated account manager solely focused on the website build who works alongside your hotel’s marketing manager.
The dream begins with a review of your Property Marketing Profile and marketing goals in preparation for the Discovery call. Here we discuss our proposed sitemap, competition, and your existing website. We will also have design discussions for your new website.
Armed with the dream and the details gathered in the Discovery call, our team creates a design comp. The design comp is a static image showing the colors, fonts, textures, and buttons to be built on your website. We also conduct copy and SEO research during this phase.
The site is now in the hands of our designers, writers, and SEO specialists. During this phase, the site is being built out as a fully functioning website and copy is being optimized and written. We are also beginning the quality assurance testing of the site.
Upon launch, your SEO and PPC begin to generate traffic and gain traction. Your account manager closely watches your performance and schedules regular marketing reviews with you to share the results and discuss what's working well and what needs improvement.
If you have been working with a Project Manager, at this time you can say farewell and transition to working directly with your Account Manager.
Congratulations on your new website!
